Job Description
Join us as a Deputy Station Manager Continental at Eurostar and be part of a dynamic, connected, and multicultural team that creates an exceptional experience for passengers. The role involves ensuring vigilance, safety, and service of all agents, representing the Station Manager, and participating in different instances with external partners. As a Station Controller, you will follow the operational production, define embarkation types, animate daily briefs, and use the StartOnTime tool to facilitate the follow-up of the transportation plan.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the rail industry in customer management and operational management
- An experience in functional management
- Excellent communication skills
- A good mastery of English in speaking
