Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Eusebi Deli in Glasgow's West End. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and ensuring the day-to-day running of the restaurant meets our high standards. Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of shift lead, supervisor or management experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train and develop a team
