Business Development Director Government - Germany

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Business Development Director Government (Germany), to join our team and play a critical role within the Global Government team in supporting growth and revenue. In this position, you’ll work closely with the existing European defence team including Senior Military Advisors, Government Relations and Account Management, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 10 years+ experience as a senior Business Developer in the German Defence sector and preferably within secure communications or satellite service
• Demonstrated track record of Business shaping and creating within the UK Market with evidence of pipeline growth and translation into revenue
• Strong network within the German Defence ecosystem (Including Frontline Commands, BAAINBW, Space Command and across the Bundeswehr and Defence Primes)
• Proven ability to drive complex, high-value sales processes through to closure
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated and security-sensitive environment
