We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Product Assurance Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the quality management of in-orbit anomalies for GEO and LEO fleets. Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in space systems, satellite engineering/production, product assurance, or in-orbit operations during the whole satellite lifetime.
- Understanding of satellite subsystems (AOCS, data handling, power, thermal, propulsion, RF communications, etc.).
- Experience in anomaly investigation and root cause analysis methodologies (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.).
- Knowledge of space industry standards (ECSS, NASA, or equivalent quality frameworks).
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills for Anomaly Review Boards.
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
