Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase requisition and procurement process, coordinating sales activities with customers, and elaborating expense reports. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to manage multiple priorities. The role is based in Mexico City.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Sales Operations, or Administrative role
• Solid experience using SAP (PRs, POs, invoicing, GSR)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
