Hardware Manager

Bowers & Wilkins is seeking a Senior Hardware Manager to lead their wireless and video team and build innovative products for streaming video and audio around the home. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• BSEE or Equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in hardware development
• 5+ years of experience leading teams to create outstanding consumer products
• Proven track record of shipping best-in-class embedded hardware products
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across a global organization
• Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and across time-zones
• Ability to travel overseas
