Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
• Strong verbal, written, customer service and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with managing sensitive and confidential information discreetly
• Ability to collaborate with a broad range of personalities
• Efficient in booking domestic/international travel
• Ability to prioritize and respond in a fast-paced environment
