Market Access Lead- Oncology/Immunology

Requirements

• Design and execute advanced market access strategies for EVA Pharma's Oncology & Immunology products.
• Lead the development of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Manage and develop a team of market access professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
• Track and report on market access performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong oncology background.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership.
