Join EVA Pharma as a Scrum Master to contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being. We are seeking a passionate and talented Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach and mentor the development team, and remove impediments to the team's progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least one year (preferably more)
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
