Material Handler - Outlet

Material Handler is responsible for day-to-day production operations, including moving goods, handling donations, and assisting in training and development of team members. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and write in English, and a physical ability to lift up to pounds. The Material Handler must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Movement of goods in the store/plant/warehouse to and from storage or production areas, and in the loading and unloading of trucks with general merchandise and donated goods
• Ensure the proper handling and processing of incoming donations in and out of the warehouse
• Bale salvageable merchandise and identify items that can be baled together or should be processed separately
• Ability to meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling
• Must ensure that all products are constantly being rotated
