Job Description
The Sales Associate will assist in the day-to-day mission-integrated store operations, generating revenue to fund the development and placement of persons served. The role involves obtaining payment for merchandise, maintaining store inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to use a computer-based register system
- Ability to perform basic financial calculations for cash handling and register balancing
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and providing assistance with basic questions about store operations and/or merchandise
- Must ensure that all products are constantly being rotated
- Sort donations according to company guidelines
- Responsible for training and developing team members within the framework of Goodwill policies, procedures and job descriptions
