Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Brand Design to own and evolve Eve's visual identity system, leading a small team of designers and creatives to translate our positioning into a cohesive visual language.
Requirements
- 8+ years in brand design, visual design, or design systems — with 3+ years leading teams.
- Agency + in-house experience is ideal.
- Portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, including visual identity systems you've built or evolved, not just campaign work.
- Fluency in Figma, including experience with design tokens, component libraries, and handoff workflows.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed, including building the plane while flying it.
