Job Description
The Associate Tech Lead is a cross-functional role that oversees the technical delivery of enterprise projects, collaborates with teams, and translates complex technical concepts into layman's terms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch context frequently
- Competency with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with multiple programming languages (Python, PHP, Java, SQL, Javascript)
- Understanding of web protocols and standards (HTTP, REST, SOAP, OAuth, XML, JSON)
