Mid Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Germany)

EverAI is a leading AI company building the future of AI companionship. We're looking for a Mid Performance Marketer to join our team and help us scale our user base from 30M to 100M users in the next 12 months. As a marketer, you'll be responsible for owning the performance of at least one paid acquisition channel, designing and improving scalable acquisition funnels, and analyzing performance data to drive decision-making. You'll work closely with our CMO and have autonomy in day-to-day execution. Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record of managing $100k+/month in paid media spend with measurable CAC/ROAS results
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
• Comfortable with NSFW content and running campaigns on adult networks
