Job Description
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally, responsible for identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
