Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication & collaborative skills
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
