Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication & collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset
• Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
