Leitung Forschung & Entwicklung / Labor (m/w/d)

Requirements

• Completed training as a chemist/biologist (m/w/d) with corresponding advanced studies or a degree in natural sciences (preferably chemistry) with at least B.Sc.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in the field of product development for personal care and WPR products
• Relevant experience in leading employees
• High level of analytical thinking and solution-oriented handling of complex issues
• Organized, reliable, and meticulous working style
• Experience in leading smaller teams is an advantage
• Confidence in documenting work results
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP is desirable
• Basic knowledge in the field of GMP
• Knowledge of requirements for cosmetic law and WRMG is an advantage
