We are looking for a (Senior) CRO & Growth Manager to optimize the conversion funnel and drive measurable growth. You will develop performance-driven messaging frameworks, create high-performing creatives, and lead landing page and funnel optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and data-driven optimization of campaigns and landing pages
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on performance-oriented, conversion-driven messaging strategies
- Strategic understanding of creative concepts and their impact on user behavior and conversion outcomes
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies
- High creativity combined with a strong conversion and performance focus
