Health Educator

The Health Educator provides risk reduction programs and services to people at risk for HIV/STI/HCV infection/transmission, conducts outreach and recruitment activities, rapid HIV/HCV screening, and provides assistance with navigation to healthcare and conduct evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services or related field
• 1 year of related professional experience working in HIV/AIDS or health/social services
• Personal or professional experience with men's health initiatives preferred
• Valid NYS driver's license and insured, dependable vehicle for use for work activities
