Maintenance Technician

Evergreen Health is seeking a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to support the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across their properties. The role involves maintaining interior and exterior building spaces, ensuring they remain clean, functional, and in good condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Ability to safely crawl, climb, and lift at least 50lbs
• Knowledge and safe performance practices in the use of relevant equipment and tools
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
