Administrative Assistant

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Property Manager in effectively managing all office/administrative tasks of the assigned property by performing clerical and administrative support, resident support, compliance & regulatory support, financial & leasing assistance, maintenance coordination, marketing & community engagement.

Requirements

• Administrative, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to understand and follow compliance regulations
