Development Project Manager- West Region

The Development Project Manager is responsible for executing affordable and mixed-income housing developments from predevelopment through construction completion and stabilization, specifically supporting Evergreen Real Estate Group’s Western Region development platform.

Requirements

• Execute predevelopment activities in accordance with established SOPs
• Maintain and update development pro formas, budgets, and project schedules
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support project progression
• Support preparation and submission of financing applications (e.g., LIHTC, bonds)
• Manage consultants throughout design and permitting phases
• Oversee construction activities and participate in OAC meetings
• Coordinate lease-up activities with property management teams
• Assist with engagement efforts involving municipalities and stakeholders
