Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and appearance of the property, overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and supervising a team of maintenance and janitorial staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school certification(s) in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred
- CAMT certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
