Job Description
The Epic Principal Trainer will develop and maintain the training program for clinical roles within EvergreenHealth’s application. This involves content creation, instructional material development, policy documentation, and staff training. The trainer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and adherence to procedures.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain training programs for application roles.
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials.
- Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
- Learn new content and consult with subject matter experts.
- Follow up with trainees.
- Lead training and credentials of additional trainers.
- Manage projects.
- Prepare lessons and materials.
- Follow up with trainees outside of regular business hours.
- Utilize e-Learning delivery programs.
