Job Description
EvergreenHealth is seeking a Pharmacist-Inpatient Per Diem to monitor drug therapy for both inpatients and outpatients. The role involves providing pharmaceutical consultation, preparing and dispensing pharmaceuticals, and teaching patients about medications. Pharmacists will also contribute to formulary updates and cost-effective drug therapy.
Requirements
- Current Washington state pharmacist license
- Bachelor's degree
- Math skills for drug dosing calculations
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- DESIRED: Resident training, Doctor of Pharmacy degree
