Job Description
As a Psychosocial RN Home Health, you will be responsible for providing total direct nursing care to patients within established standards of care. You will assess comprehensive nursing needs, coordinate patient education, and participate in interdisciplinary team planning. Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
- Current Washington State Driver's license and proof of insurability
