Job Description
EvergreenHealth Hospice is seeking a RN Hospice Home Care to provide direct patient care and coordinate patient and family education. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
- Current Washington State Driver's license and proof of insurability
