We are looking for a Site Manager to lead production in bridge projects in Västerbotten, with a focus on quality, working environment, and schedule. The role involves leading a work team, ensuring production is carried out according to requirements, and driving production forward in close cooperation with the project manager and technical specialists.

Requirements

• Experience as a site manager or work leader in bridge, construction or heavy construction projects
• Relevant education in construction or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of production economics, quality and working environment issues
• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English
• B driving license
