Job Description
The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and overseeing complex customer orders. This role ensures order specifications, configurations, pricing, and customer requirements are correctly interpreted and executed by collaborating with various teams. The Specialist serves as the primary internal owner of order accuracy and ensures an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service or order entry experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- ERP familiarity (Microsoft Dynamix AX preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
