Job Description
We are HELPLINE, a specialist in user support management and the implementation of an AI-enhanced collaborative experience. As a Zuora Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning, configuration, and operation of the Zuora Billing platform, ensuring reliable, efficient, and business-conform billing.
Requirements
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in system administration
- Direct experience on Zuora Billing is a major asset
- Mastery of SQL, Liquid / JavaScript, HTML / Mustache, and API REST
- Knowledge of Zuora Workflow and Zuora Mediation modules
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication with technical and business profiles
- Autonomy, sense of initiative, and team spirit
- Adaptability and ability to manage priorities
- Analytical mind, rigor, and operational quality
- Professional English is required
