HELPLINE is a company specialized in user support management and augmented reality with AI. They are looking for a Software Architect to join their team in Lyon, France. The candidate will be part of a team of 55 people and will be responsible for providing technical and architectural support to the team, defining the target architecture, and contributing to the overall coherence of the SI.

Requirements

• Applicative architecture and microservices
• Containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Messaging (Kafka or equivalent)
• APIs REST / event-driven
• CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Cloud environments (private or public)
• Knowledge of complex SIs (ideally banking or insurance)
• Significant experience (5 to 10 years minimum) in IT
• Confirmed experience in applicative architecture
• Experience in accompanying development teams
