Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication
- Good marketing culture and sensitivity to Data and Analytics
- Experience in offer creation and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Marketing automation (Plezi, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing) skills
- Creative problem-solving, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Autonomy, team work, and technological environment adaptability
