HELPLINE is a French company looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to assist the project director in the migration project to an ERP, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, project planning tool knowledge, and Excel mastery, with a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 and at least 3 years of experience.

Requirements

• Organizing meetings: planning, agenda, invitations
• Preparing meetings (workshops, committees): conception, updating presentations
• Gathering all relevant information from project stakeholders
• Writing meeting minutes, dissemination
• Tracking the project budget, planning, and risks
