- Animate Scrum ceremonies
- Adapt agile practices to the team and organizational context
- Accompany the team towards self-organization and responsibility
- Develop collective intelligence by promoting collaboration, communication, and trust within the team
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance
- Support continuous improvement through retrospective actions
- Sensitizing stakeholders to agile principles
- Following and analyzing agile indicators (velocity, flow, engagement, quality)
