Job Description
HELPLINE is seeking a Proximity Support Technician to work on site with a biopharmaceutical partner in Aramon, France. The ideal candidate has a higher education degree in computer science, at least 3 years of experience, and conversational English. The role involves supporting users, analyzing and resolving incidents, and configuring PCs and network sockets.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in computer science
- At least 3 years of experience as a Proximity Support Technician
- Conversational English
- Driving license B
- No remote work possible
