Job Description
HELPLINE is specialized in user support management and the implementation of an augmented collaboration experience by AI, where human expertise and technology enrich each other. Its teams ensure user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
Requirements
- Organize your interventions
- Perform maintenance interventions
- Take knowledge of the diagnosis and tests performed by the Help Desk and complete, if necessary, the diagnosis according to a predefined operating procedure, using the tools at your disposal (logic trees, scenarios, etc.) and implementing your technical knowledge.
- Proceed to the changes of parts or the necessary settings and configurations according to the defined procedures.
- Transfer to competent interlocutors.
- Perform preparation and installation operations of posts or software.
- Transport equipment to the integration site and in the user's office.
- Perform installation operations strictly respecting instructions.
- Complete the documents allowing the traceability of the preparations made, following instructions.
- Provide adapted responses to the user's request and needs.
- Determine the user's level of computer skills and autonomy and adapt accordingly.
- Counsel, assist, and inform the user according to their request and the limits of your intervention perimeter.
- Make the validation of the intervention or installation by the user.
- Record your intervention in the demand and incident management tool.
- Follow up on files.
- Keep the user informed of the follow-up of their file.
- Be aware of the respect of deadlines and appointments.
- Manage equipment, spare parts, and the stock of the service.
- Update lists of equipment and parts withdrawn from stock.
- Participate in the management of the fleet.
- Update entries and movements of the fleet.
