Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a highly motivated Information Systems Engineer to join their growing IT team. The role involves implementing new technology platforms, collaborating with various teams, and providing support for a rapidly expanding company. This is a full-time, exempt position in the Oakland office with a hybrid schedule. The company emphasizes professionalism, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with IT infrastructure in a cloud-based environment
- Deep experience supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure (Jira & Confluence)
- Strong interest in AI tooling, particularly administering and defining best practices for company-wide AI tools
- Experience managing SSO/IdP solutions (Okta, OneLogin)
- Experience managing computers, mobile devices, and working with MDMs (Jamf, InTune)
- Proactive, process-driven, and capable of anticipating and mitigating friction points
- Team player with experience streamlining IT systems
