• Lead the execution of core and advanced Experience Strategy deliverables
• Understand end-user needs and ensure optimal accessibility & inclusivity
• Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and create tactical briefs
• Determine omnichannel maturity and enable transformation and modular readiness across brands
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
• Support manager and Experience Strategy leadership on organic growth and new business initiatives
