Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success, service, or administrative support roles, ideally in a marketing or digital agency environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients and team members
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to details
- Adept at identifying solutions to client needs and resolving challenges with a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic web content management; ability to learn new tools quickly
- Passion for helping clients succeed, with a friendly, patient, and positive demeanor
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing website development projects
- Proficiency with WordPress and content editing
- Familiarity with SEO and Google AdWords
- Previous work in a digital marketing agency
- High-level English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus
