Legal Practice Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Practice Assistant to support attorneys in the Tax group in the Atlanta, Georgia office at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. The Legal Practice Assistant is responsible for day-to-day responsibilities and duties, including drafting and filing client documents, handling e-filing, and coordinating trial preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five to seven years of experience working in a law firm, legal department within a similarly sized, multi-office professional services organization
• Litigation experience required, tax controversy work highly preferred
