Supervisor, Electric Field Operations (Plymouth, MA)

Supervisor, Electric Field Operations at Eversource responsible for safe execution of field activities, setting safety expectations, and prioritizing work to ensure the safe and efficient completion of work efforts. Ensures effective coordination among individuals and departments in the district/division, promotes a safety-first work environment, and engages and motivates employees to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of methods, work practices, and procedures regarding the safe construction, operation, and maintenance of electric T&D facilities and infrastructure at both secondary and primary operating voltages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Must maintain switching and tagging qualifications
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required
• Five (5) or more years of related experience required
• Previous experience in electric distribution is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is also preferred
