Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP
- Experience in building HR processes and policies in companies with 1000+ employees
- Experience interacting with top management and influencing business decisions
- Knowledge of personnel record-keeping and C&B
- Understanding of grading, performance management, and OKR
- Experience with HR automation or building HR Ops/HR Service
