Requirements
- Experience working with real physical products (devices, electronics, composite structures)
- Knowledge of production processes and limitations of various material processing technologies
- Practical background in creating engineering solutions for manufacturing large batches of products
- Experience in adapting designs to real production conditions
- Skills in working with external manufacturers, workshops, and engineering teams
- Ability to independently assemble, test, and inspect products
- Confident work with CAD systems, including Solidworks
- Engineering education or equivalent practical experience
