We are Everstar, a recruitment agency looking for a Product Manager for our client, a leading developer and manufacturer of drones for Ukraine's defense. The team focuses on improving aircraft characteristics and using new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technological/industrial company
- Technical understanding or ability to quickly immerse in the domain: understanding the principles of operation of UAVs, GNSS, radioelectronics, antenna systems
- Confirmed experience conducting interviews, surveys, and working with the collection and prioritization of requirements
- Experience in developing a Product Roadmap
- Excellent communication skills: ability to work with stakeholders (technical experts, C-level, military personnel)
- Experience working with product metrics and data analysis
- High level of self-organization and focus on results in the conditions of multitasking of a large R&D
