Everstar is seeking a Linux Developer for a client that develops and manufactures UAVs for Ukraine's defense. The role involves developing embedded software, working with Linux OS, and integrating software components into a comprehensive solution.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (electronics, computer engineering or related fields)
- 3+ years of practical experience in developing embedded software
- Experience in developing under Embedded Linux (buildroot)
- Experience in working with or understanding the principles of Repo system build
- Experience in working with SBC/microcomputers (Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, Nano Pi or similar)
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded/low-level development
- Practical experience in writing Bash scripts
- Knowledge of basic electronics and ability to work with datasheets and schemes
- Deep understanding of communication interfaces in Linux systems
- Practical experience in working with protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
- Basic knowledge of network protocols
- Experience in building secure embedded systems (Secure Boot, TrustZone)
- Experience in working with version control systems (Git)
