Senior AI Backend Developer (Python)

We are looking for a Senior AI Backend Developer (Python) to design and develop backend solutions for AI products and internal services, with experience in building and maintaining high-load APIs and backend services, knowledge of PostgreSQL, vector databases, and LLM integration, and ability to independently lead tasks end-to-end.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in backend development on Python for 4 years
• Deep knowledge of Python and practical experience working with FastAPI
• Experience in building and maintaining high-load or productive APIs and backend services
• Confident work with PostgreSQL, including extensions such as pgvector
• Practical experience working with vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or analogs
• Understanding the principles of modern LLM and experience in integrating them into applied systems
• Experience in building AI-agents or AI-workflow
• Practical experience using Hugging Face models for applied tasks, including NER Classification Summarization OCR Other NLP/CV tasks
• Confident control of Docker
• Experience in deploying services independently, understanding the Linux environment, and basic CI/CD processes
• Ability to independently make technical decisions and lead tasks end-to-end
