Job Description
Everstory Partners is seeking an Administrator to support their location team and provide customer-focused services. The Administrator will be responsible for contract processing, banking duties, cemetery daily processing, file maintenance, human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deeds and certificates, work and memorial orders, and reporting.
Requirements
- Multi-Line phone skills
- Filing skills (Alphabetically)
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors and data entry skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) applications or Google equivalents
- Excellent customer service skills and optimal interpersonal skills
- Proficient organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work well independently or as part of a team
- Ability to effectively and quickly complete tasks and assignments and meet deadlines
