Administrator

At Everstory Partners, we are seeking an Administrator to create a customer-focused environment and support our team members. The Administrator will be responsible for various tasks including contract processing, banking duties, file maintenance, and human resources. This is a multi-faceted role that requires strong organizational skills, customer service skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Requirements

• Multi-Line phone skills
• Filing skills (Alphabetically)
• Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors and data entry skills
• Basic math and computer skills including word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) applications or Google equivalents
• Ability to abide by all company policies and keep all employee and customer information confidential
• Excellent customer service skills and optimal interpersonal skills
• Proficient organizational skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work well independently or as part of a team
• Ability to effectively and quickly complete tasks and assignments and meet deadlines
• Valid state driver’s license
• High School equivalency
• Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service
