Sales Counselor

We are seeking a Sales Counselor to sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
