Job Description
The Sales Counselor sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. Assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Experience working in a CRM preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills required
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Strong organizational and planning skills required
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality required
